All prices displayed in the store include VAT (15%) unless otherwise expressly stated.
Third: Payment security
All payments are processed through secure and approved payment gateways. Extreme Tech does not store bank card details or sensitive payment information.
Fourth: Cancel the request
- The order can be cancelled before shipping and a full refund can be obtained.
- After shipping, the return system is applied according to the exchange and return policy adopted in the store.
Fifth: Financial recovery
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time is 7 to 14 working days and may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
