Service alerts and requirements:
- The order will be delivered via STC within 1-2 days depending on the delivery speed in the order area.
- Delivery is usually made during daytime hours in major cities, except on Fridays and Saturdays, which are holidays.
- If STC delivery service is not available in your area, we will ship the order to you via shipping companies, and this will take 2-4 days.
- The chip is activated using the customer's ID.
- An active access application and a valid ID are required.
- Must be over 18 years old
- Enter your contact number, date of birth, home address, or short postal code in the application form.
- Important note: The operating range of a fixed router is determined by where it is first operated.
- For residents, the number of SIM cards registered under their ID does not exceed one prepaid SIM card (please contact via WhatsApp to confirm).
- The order cannot be cancelled after the service has been performed.
- Important clarification: When shipping the order via the shipping company, activation will be done before sending the shipment to the customer, and the expected delivery time is 4 days (and it is sufficient to provide free shipping instead of 20 riyals as compensation equivalent to the value of the days missing from the subscription during the shipping period).
The store will purchase the package for the customer from the official STC website, as it is an official distributor for the company.
